Meet our team:
Paul Grignon - Paul obtained a bachelors in Construction Science from Oklahoma University, then went on to obtain an MBA from the University of Central Oklahoma. After a few eye-opening years in oil and gas construction, Paul transitioned into the solar photovoltiac industry where he has served various roles from installer to project manager. Paul is currently a certified NABCEP PV Installation Professional , and has worked on projects all accross the US ranging from 2k to 2MW.Paul and his family put down roots in the Boulder community in 2020, and were devastated by the Marshall Fire when the lost their home and everything they had. Paul has experienced the impacts of Climate Change, and is more motivated than ever to do something about it.
Andrew King - Andrew King is a CU Boulder Alumni who grew up running and riding bikes in the foothills of north boulder. Andrew obtained a bachelors in Computer Science and Applied math, and has a diverse set of technical skills he brings with him. Andrew was on the CU triathlete team, and recently completed the Leadville Silver Rush 50 Mile mountain bike race.
Scott King - Scott is a CU Boulder Alumni with deep roots in the community. He has dedicated his life to building companies and giving back to the people around him. Scott has a deep passion for ensuring the next generation of climate leaders are equiped to handle the challenge ahead.
Damon Carlstrom - Damon obtained a Bachelors degree in Advertising from the University of Oklahoma, and has developed an impressive array of technical and design knowledge and experience. Damon is actively researching the massivly disruptive power of AI, and has been finding new ways for peole and businesses to leverage this ground breaking technology for good.
